Miley Cyrus blames Hannah Montana for `destroying` his family...Miley Cyrus, 18, has allegedly been involved in incidents including smoking psychedelic drugs, sexy leaked pictures, pole-dancing at the Teen Choice Awards and sporting barely-there outfits. Billy Ray admitted that he should have been stricter with his daugher, but accused her 'handlers' of over-promoting his teen daughter.
